| Rules & Regulations How should I prepare for a Sassy on Wheels appointment? A Sassy on Wheels technician will arrive at your location with equipment, please allow 15 minutes for setup. Dress comfortable in loose fitting clothing. To maximize your appointment, please ensure all children and pets are not in the immediate area. What is your cancellation policy? We ask that you cancel your appointment as soon as you learn of a schedule change, at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of your bill. Are the Technicians Licensed? Yes, all of technicians are licensed. We are full- service Nail Salon Spa Can I create my own packages? Yes, please contact a SASSY specialist and they will customize a package for you! What are your hours of operation? 7 days a week! Mobile service 8am-8pm Shop Hours: Monday-Saturday 10-8pm Sunday 11am -6pm *mobile service must book 48 hrs in advance* How do I pay?
